Butterflies and Bows

Spring is here!!!! As I go through my collection of over 1500 brooches I have put the butterflies and bows together for a customer of mine in Italy...Federica! My new line of clutch purses is inspired by old hats and vintage millinery trims-ribbons,roses and rhinestones...the 3 "rs" I can not wait to add these to my site....They are so colorful and springlike! they make you feel good!!! Go outdoors-smell the fresh spring air!!!!

New Collection Inspired By Dolce And Gabbana

Here are a few of my new clutch purses...the linings are really fun and retro-polka dots....leopard skin,etc. The clasps will be finished off with vintage 1940s rhinestone brooches to match the old millinery flower trims...when they are finished they will be on Etsy by the end of this week!! Paris Inspiration

Aloha Tuesday

Well I just opened my shop.... turned on my computer and" Voila" I sold another purse!!! On my Etsy site! Yeah!!! I sold the Veronica... the lavender vestment brocade one....That is a positive way to start the day off,right? To a woman named Nancy..my late mothers name! in Restin,Virginia.....Mahalo Nancy!!!

Vintage Clothing to be added to Hula Gypsy!

Now that the holidays are over I have decided to focus on my shop Hula Gypsy.....the foot traffic has been great lately and i decided to start selling clothing as there really is no other Vintage shop in Maui.I want to carry velvet, lace and sequin beaded tops. Here is a little number from the 50s how cute with a long black velvet skirt and high heels? I love that vintatge can give you your own signature.
